Description: 
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our client in Williamsburg.
Skills:
  • Passion for engaging with customers and providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve shared goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various software systems including point-of-sale, hunting and fishing license sites, and dog license sites.
  • Familiarity with Canva for creating signage is advantageous.
  • Basic proficiency in Word and Excel is preferred but not mandatory.
Duties:
  • Provide courteous assistance to both phone-in and walk-in customers, including loading purchases when required.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to prioritize and complete important tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of product transactions and handle custom feed orders efficiently.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of showroom, cash-wrap, offices, and front porch areas.
  • Familiarize yourself with our product assortment to offer informed recommendations to customers.
  • Receive, label, and stock vendor shipments promptly.
  • Arrange shelves and end caps to enhance product visibility and appeal.
  • Design and display attractive and informative store signage.
  • Coordinate seasonal decorations and contribute to promotional activities to boost product visibility and customer engagement.
  • Assist in planning and executing advertising and promotional events.
  • Contribute to inventory management efforts on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Assist in event planning and preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records of hours worked on a daily basis.
  • Participate in training meetings, safety protocols, and staff updates.
  • Adhere to FSMA feed safety guidelines and company safety policies.
  • On-the-job training will be provided to ensure proficiency in all aspects of the role.
