Description: 
State College Client is seeking an experienced laborer who is looking for flexibility of 10-30 hours per week tailored to your schedule. Hours may vary during the pre-install phase, gradually intensifying during installation projects.
Compensation: Embrace competitive pay ranging from $20–$30 per hour, inclusive of travel time to project sites. Additionally, all essential day-to-day expenses such as gas, mileage, and supplies required for installations are covered.
Duration: Embark on an enriching journey from February to August 2024. Expect workload fluctuations, with peak periods in March/April and May/June/July, demanding increased commitment during the summer months.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team for comprehensive onboarding and project-specific insights.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to monitor construction progress and prepare for installations.
  • Provide regular updates to the ROOMY team, facilitating seamless communication through shared tracking documents.
  • Assist in coordinating staging areas and procuring essential resources like dumpsters for installation crews.
  • Work closely with installation teams to conduct unit walkthroughs and inventory checks.
  • Maintain meticulous records of furniture inventory and address any issues such as damage or debris.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of our comprehensive installation tracking documents.
  • Engage in bi-weekly status calls with the ROOMY team and handle miscellaneous ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.
