Company Overview: Our Altoona-based client is currently seeking a dedicated Technical Desk Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with exceptional customer service and communication skills to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone and email communication channels.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients at all times, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to coordinate tasks and schedules effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in general office tasks and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
