Position: Business Development Representative
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with internal account managers to identify target areas for our Web Presence product.
  • Drive the sales of our Web Presence product and software solutions through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Partner with sales representatives to strategize and execute sales efforts.
  • Focus on assigned states and territories to penetrate specific target groups through proactive outreach.
  • Conduct sales calls to generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Take ownership of lead generation, follow-up, and process management.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients through effective presentations and demonstrations.
  • Execute a consultative sales approach, providing information and guidance tailored to the client's needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a phone-based sales environment.
  • Enthusiasm for phone-based sales activities and a passion for engaging with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals over the phone using consultative sales techniques.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software for tracking leads and managing sales activities.
