Description: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in as an Order Fulfillment Coordinator. Potential candidate will support important office functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive customer orders and prepare all supporting paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate customer pricing files, general ledger, and accounts receivable functions.
  • Schedule transportation for outgoing products and verify incoming product deliveries.
  • Prepare month-end closing reports and ensure timely submission.
  • Perform proofing of documents and printed materials for accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain files in a neat and systematic manner for efficient information retrieval.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation programs.
