Paraplanner 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paraplanner to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about financial planning and eager to grow within the industry. The Paraplanner will work closely with financial advisors to support client service, prepare financial plans, and conduct research to ensure clients receive comprehensive financial guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial plans, investment recommendations, and client reports.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support financial advisors in making informed recommendations.
  • Maintain and update client records in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and provide exceptional service.
  • Support advisors in managing workflow, scheduling meetings, and tracking client progress.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with learning and using new technology, including financial tools and software.
  • Ability to obtain required financial licenses (Series 7, Series 66, or equivalent) within a specified timeframe after hiring.
