What You’ll Do
As our Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter, you’ll be the matchmaker between job seekers and employers. You’ll wear many hats—recruiter, interviewer, career coach, problem-solver, and community connector.
A Day in the Life:
  • Interview and place candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent positions
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
  • Attend job fairs and community events to grow our talent pool
  • Keep things organized and moving in our applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with your team and enjoy a few laughs along the way
What We’re Looking For:
  • You love working with people and thrive on human interaction
  • You’re organized, adaptable, and always one step ahead
  • You’re confident on the phone and comfortable talking to just about anyone
  • You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball (or your coffee)
  • You’ve got at least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, HR, or a related field
