Description: 

We are seeking motivated and dependable General Laborers. In this role, you’ll ride along with experienced team members to assist with opening pools, installing liners, performing light construction tasks, and more. No previous experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the opening and closing of residential and commercial pools

  • Help install pool liners and other pool-related components

  • Perform light construction tasks, including lifting, digging, and basic tool use

  • Load and unload materials and equipment as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures

  • Work effectively as part of a team to complete daily assignments


Qualifications:

  • No driver’s license required

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Comfortable with physical labor and being on your feet for extended periods

  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to follow directions

  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
